Education & Certifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications are required, such as Brevet A & B (mandatory), with Brevet C considered an advantage.
- CPA, CA, or ACCA certifications are highly desirable.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
- Proven experience in auditing, either internal or external.
- Experience in the technology industry or a comparable business environment is preferred.
- Proven track record of leading teams and hands-on experience in:
- Tax planning and compliance.
- Financial reporting and consolidation.
- Handling tax disputes and tax audits.
Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, including PSAK/IFRS.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, and tax-related transfer pricing requirements.
- Proficient in financial reporting, financial analysis, and tax planning.
- Familiar with accounting and tax software, such as ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, Accurate, e-Faktur, e-SPT, and Coretax.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights.
Management & Leadership Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage large teams.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and provide recommendations to management.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Proven project management skills, particularly in system implementation and financial transformation.

- High integrity and strong ethical standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coordinate with the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
