Job description for Strategy & Operations Associate at Eden Kitchens
- Eden Kitchens is looking for a capable Strategy & Operations Associate to develop business strategy and execute daily operations, so we can ensure our business runs smoothly and our merchants are happy with our services.
- At Eden Kitchens, you are the star that will communicate with multiple departments and wear many hats in order to bring out customers' satisfaction. So, if you love to brainstorm, be part of broad networks, and are comfortable in giving and taking directions, this might be a suitable position for you!
- Develop an end-to-end sales strategy, including leading generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after sales, cold calling, etc, to ensure our business growth.
- Develop and enforce sales policies.
- Manage the whole sales and operational process in the kitchen, including monitoring the progress and supervising the team.
- Perform planning, analysis, and forecasting.
- Manage the budget for daily operational activities.
- Analyse and conduct research regularly on the industry, market, and competitors, creating the best strategies for us to stay competitive.
- Develop plans for Eden Kitchens’ expansion by researching potential places, new sales channels, communicating with the relevant parties, budgeting, etc.
- Develop new products and services to be provided for our merchants and evaluate the current ones, which include conducting market research, maintaining strong communication with the merchants, processing feedback into concrete actions, etc.
- Lead the team in brainstorming ideas, planning new strategies, and executing the action plans made.
- Conduct research on potential partners that can grow Eden Kitchens’ and our merchants’ businesses.
- Develop the timeline and action plan, follow up the partners until the deal is closed, and communicate the update to the rest of the team and merchants.
- Evaluate the partnerships regularly and maintain great relationships with our partners.
- Manage, adapt, and overcome any challenges that arise concerning services or business/sales programmes provided
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients regarding our business and sales services.
- We are looking for candidates under 26 years old with at least 2 years experience in the field and graduated from top universities with a GPA above 3.6. If you have previous experiences as a leader in the operations team would be a great plus.
- Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills

- Proficient in Ms Office
- Fluent in both English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to multitask and manage time well
- Excel and data analysis skill is a great plus

- Displayed ability to excel under pressure
