- Create direction and strategy
➢ Research management:
- Desk research (collect data and analyze)
- Conduct, manage any necessary research (desk research, internal research...)
- Cooperate with research agency
➢ Presentation creation:
- Create the deck logically (and beautifully)
- Make presentation deck and present to client
- Internal projects and paperwork of Strategic Planning team
- Support Strategic Planning Team in some other task
➢ Management:
- Manage the workload in Team
- Coach the staffs of Team
