Job description for Strategic Partnership Lead at PT Bobobox Mitra Indonesia
- Define the individual target according to the company’s OKR for each team member based on the area, market segment, and products
- Ability to forecast the budget and revenue generation according to the target
- Leading the projects to create new distribution channels
- Build the organizational network through targeted outreach and strong project planning
- Strategize, analyze, and directing the team to lock the partnerships with companies and vendors according to Bobobox target and customers needs
- Directing the team to liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
- Maintain beneficial partnerships with existing partners
- Analyze and report on partnership initiatives, and report on key metrics
- Develop commercial terms with vendors & partnership schemes and work with Legal and Finance team for the business model
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Having 3 years experience in account management, B2B partnership, business development or partnership
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills is a must
- Creative and strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
- Independent team player with excellent team working skills
- Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
- Energetic, high level enthusiasm and calm even in a dynamic and face paced environment
- Result driven and target oriented. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
