Jobdesk

Mengelola operasional harian store
Memastikan pelayanan dan kualitas produk sesuai standar
Memimpin serta mengembangkan performa tim barista
Mengatur jadwal kerja dan kebutuhan operasional outlet
Mengontrol stok dan kebersihan area kerja
Menangani customer complaint dan problem operasional
Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan store

Kualifikasi

Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat, diutamakan jurusan Perhotelan/Tata Boga
Berpengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di posisi Leader Barista atau Supervisor F&B
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan kemampuan problem solving yang baik
Mampu mengatur jadwal kerja, operasional, dan performa tim
Berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan dan pencapaian target store
Memahami SOP operasional dan standar kebersihan outlet
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim
Berpenampilan rapi, komunikatif, dan memiliki attitude yang baik
