Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Kimia, Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Analis Kimia, atau jurusan terkait.
Memahami proses Quality Control, pengujian mutu produk, dan pembuatan Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Mampu melakukan kalibrasi alat ukur, Pressure Indicator, serta monitoring jadwal kalibrasi sesuai standar yang berlaku.
Memahami dokumentasi mutu, ISO, administrasi, dan pelaporan melalui sistem ERP.
Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, serta ketelitian tinggi dalam memastikan kualitas produk.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim serta memiliki komunikasi yang baik
