Job Description:
Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen team
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
Control food cost & minimize kitchen waste
Monitor stock levels & coordinate with purchasing for inventory needs
Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards
Train and develop junior kitchen staff
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Support menu development and recipe standardization
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as Cook, preferably 1 year as Cook
Experience in Western / Asian / Fusion cuisine (adjust sesuai konsep outlet)
Strong leadership & communication skills
Good knowledge of food costing and inventory control
Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
Discipline, responsible, and detail-oriented
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
