✅ Kualifikasi

Pendidikan min. S1 Prodi Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi, atau Prodi teknologi relevan lainnya.
Berpengalaman min. 2 tahun dalam mengembangkan atau mengelola sistem ERP dan HRIS, khususnya di industri ritel atau e-commerce, terutama berbasis AI.
Menguasai keahlian teknis yang dalam menyelesaikan troubleshooting software & hardware perusahaan.
Proaktif dan memiliki kemampuan analisis tajam, dan terbiasa berkolaborasi lintas departemen.
Up to date, kreatif, inovatif dan menguasai pemanfaatan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk otomatisasi dan integrasi bisnis proses perusahaan.

📌 Job Description

Melakukan pengembangan dan integrasi sistem ERP serta HRIS untuk mendukung operasional bisnis perusahaan, baik melalui API system dan optimalisasi AI.
Mengelola pemeliharaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi secara holistik demi memastikan kelancaran kerja seluruh tim.
Melakukan penyelesaian masalah teknis secara cepat, tepat dan akurat pada software & hardware perusahaan.
Mengevaluasi infrastruktur yang ada saat ini untuk merancang solusi otomatisasi sistem yang lebih efektif dan efisien.
Melaporkan proses dan hasil kerja kepada Atasan dan Manajemen.
