Job description for Staff HRD at PT ALFAHUMA REKAYASA TEKNOLOGI
- Pendidikan Teknologi Informasi
- Usia Maksimal 40 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai atau memiliki kemampuan sebagai seoranng HRD
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Recruitment lebih diutamakan
- Memiliki network dan komunitas HR
- Memiliki kepercayaan diri dan jiwa kepemimpinan yang tinggi
- Mahir dalam penggunaan Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word & Outlook) & HRD Software
- Terampil berkomunikasi antar divisi, bekerja dengan cepat dan detail.
- Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Coordinate with operational director to identify manpower needs.
- Liaise with operational director to determine selection criteria for candidates.
- Sourcing applicants through various channels and professional networks.
- Build a candidate pipeline.
- Responsible for selection process proses end to end (MPP -> On Boarding + Off Boarding)
- Create and implement improvements to the talent acquisition process.
- Carry out onboarding of new members and ensure their integration with the team goes smoothly.
- Handling outsource employee
- Compensation Benefit & Payroll (BPJS + PPH21)
- Arrange Training & Development (KPI & TNA)
- Support to arrange Employee Relation (SOP + Policy)
- Personal Administration + HRIS
