The beginning CV. Rich Group Indonesia (Rich Railing’s) journey traces back in 2009 as a Surabaya-based company that specializes in railing products for buildings. Finalizing our first branch location in Kenjeran, Surabaya in 2010, we begin to spread our wings further by opening franchise in several cities.

Currently we operate around the country with a total of 35 branches and it will continue to grow. We also intend to expand our business by entering global market in 2019, starting from Australia. We are committed to deliver only the best quality products to our customers.

All of our products are imported from Taiwan, with 25 years warranty.
With advanced processing technology, our products are manufactured using SUS316 grade stainless steel, the first and only in Indonesia.

Consistency is the key in order to maintain the products. To ensure the quality, we continuously monitor the products under strict quality control.We also put an extra attention to use only good quality packaging with the aim to extend the shelf life of the products.

Offering a wide variety of design and materials, we would love to complete every customer’s needs. There are 6 materials to choose, like stainless steel, aluminum, wood, copper, crystal, and iron. The material has its own uniqueness, which will be applied into 9 attractive designs from elegant, American classic, minimalist, luxurious, nature, crystal, industrial, glass, and classic.
