Job description for Staff Collection at PT Hutama Anugrah Propertindo

• Melakukan penagihan kepada tenant/pemilik unit terkait tagihan IPL, Service Charge, Air, dan tagihan lainnya melalui telepon, WhatsApp, email, maupun surat.

• Melakukan follow up pembayaran serta negosiasi pembayaran apabila diperlukan.

• Menangani dan memonitor pembayaran tenant melalui sistem YIPY.

• Membuat dokumen administrasi seperti Kwitansi, Surat Kerahasiaan (SK), Surat Himbauan (SH), dan Berita Acara (BA).

• Mengirim invoice/tagihan bulanan kepada tenant melalui email.

• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait mengenai kendala atau permasalahan tenant.

• Membuat laporan collection mingguan dan melaporkan kendala pembayaran kepada atasan.

• Melakukan kunjungan atau meeting dengan tenant apabila diperlukan.

• Memproses pembelian token manual dan melakukan input data ke sistem.
