Job Title / Position:

Admin Staff (Export & Logistics)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized professional to handle our daily export and logistics administration. In this role, you will ensure that all shipping documents, data entry, and international supply chain workflows run smoothly and accurately.

What You Will Do:

Prepare and manage export and shipping documents (such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading).

Coordinate directly with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines for international shipments.

Organise and update daily export-import operations data using Microsoft Office.

Maintain clear and professional communication with local logistics partners and global clients.

Ensure all export workflows comply with relevant regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Proven experience in export-import operations and global supply chain.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Familiar with export and shipping documentation.

Hands-on experience in coordinating with Freight Forwarders, Customs, and shipping lines.
