Administration & Finance Staff

Wadah Foundation Head Office, Jakarta Yayasan Wadah Titian Harapan | 1-Year Contract (Full-time)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Administration & Finance Staff to manage the Foundation's administrative and financial functions accurately, transparently, and accountably. In this role, you will support empowerment programs across education, health, and economic empowerment, while ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015. You will work closely with the Treasurer, Secretary General, and Program Team to keep administrative and financial coordination running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process funding requests and supporting financial documents for approval

Assist in preparing the annual budget and monitor budget realization across program divisions

Manage correspondence, official documents, meeting minutes, and the filing system (physical and digital)

Administer beneficiary data and verify field accountability documents

Provide administrative and financial support to program teams and serve the needs of beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

1–3 years of relevant experience in administration and/or finance; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply

Familiarity with basic bookkeeping, cash management, and budgeting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital document management

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Good written and verbal communication in Indonesian; English is a plus

High integrity, accountability, and a genuine service orientation

Experience in a foundation, non-profit, or donor-funded organization is an advantage
