About Trident Treehouse

Trident Treehouse is a leading business consultancy specializing in market entry services for companies establishing themselves in Indonesia. We provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, business strategy, and operational setup to ensure a seamless market entry experience.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy HR payroll to join our team and support our HR and Finance functions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English.
  • Willing to be relocated to Bali if currently residing outside the area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role (consulting experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, BPJS administration, and payroll calculations.
  • Proficient in payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Close attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or consultancy environment is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple clients

Job Responsibilities

As an HR Payroll – Client Consultant, you will be responsible for managing payroll and HR administrative processes for our clients, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
  • Handling BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration and reporting
  • Managing employee data, attendance, overtime, and leave records
  • Preparing payroll reports, payslips, and monthly summaries
  • Assisting clients with HR administration and compliance
  • Acting as a point of contact for HR/payroll-related client inquiries
  • Supporting HR documentation such as contracts, probation letters, and amendments
