As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy HR payroll to join our team and support our HR and Finance functions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to be relocated to Bali if currently residing outside the area.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role (consulting experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, BPJS administration, and payroll calculations.
- Proficient in payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Close attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or consultancy environment is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple clients
Job Responsibilities
As an HR Payroll – Client Consultant, you will be responsible for managing payroll and HR administrative processes for our clients, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients
- Handling BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration and reporting
- Managing employee data, attendance, overtime, and leave records
- Preparing payroll reports, payslips, and monthly summaries
- Assisting clients with HR administration and compliance
- Acting as a point of contact for HR/payroll-related client inquiries
- Supporting HR documentation such as contracts, probation letters, and amendments
