Job Description:
- Perform various spa treatments such as massage, body scrub, and other treatments according to SOP.
- Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a professional service environment.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel, resort, or spa.
- Have a valid spa/massage training certificate from an LPK or recognized training institution.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of massage and spa treatment techniques.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, friendly, and service-oriented.
- Physically fit and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
