Mô tả công việc Procurement Manager:
• Mainly support for one Project Team in checking cost, Consulting to Sales, make delivery arrangement for the order
• Co-ordinate with Logistics Team/Accountant Team in Delivery/Payment related activities
• Supervise supplier performance and ensure contractual obligations are met
• Communicate with suppliers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Conduct cost analyses and set benchmarks for continuous improvement
• Ensure and maintain effective vendor relationship
• Connect Procurement Executive from all other project teams, make a well communication,
share experience to each other and help team to improve day by day
• Ensure database of supplier will be updated in ERP system
• Support Procurement Executive from other teams in checking cost, resolving problem (if any)
• In charge of training for newcomers
• Do payment request form and follow up with the accountant to pay samples fee/ deposits and payments to factory/supplier
Yêu cầu cần có cho vị trí Procurement Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business administration or related fields.
Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
Strong oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills
Management and leadership skills.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferably experience in giftware & premiums or FMCG industry.
