Job description for SOSMED MARKETING MANAGER at Pt Mahakarya Sukses Indonesia
- Working with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all digital advertising, social media(IG/FB/YT/TT), display advertising campagin design, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Oversee and manage main social media branding accounts, including IG/FB/YY/TT, for posting and fans increasing, paid ads. Set up and operate an always-on content calendar based off broader brand initiatives, and make sure all content posted in time and properly.
- Collaborate with Chinese marketing team members to build a data-backed of digital activities.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Set the content strategy and put together an editorial calendar that supports the company's goals. Review each piece of content to ensure that it conveys the right message and tone, including blog posts, edit ad copy, or work to improve SEO rankings by writing meta descriptions. Ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments.
