Software development engineer in Test

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Static Test Developer to create static tests for Azure Verified Modules (AVM) using PSRule for Bicep and TFLint for Terraform. This role involves developing and implementing static test cases to address reliability and security recommendations for critical Azure resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop static tests for AVM resource modules using:

• PSRule for Bicep.

• TFLint for Terraform.

• Implement static test cases based on provided recommendations for reliability and security.

• Ensure adherence to best practices for critical Azure resources as outlined in provided rulesets:

• TFLint Rulesets for Azure Verified Modules.

• PSRule for Azure.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and execute tasks as per project scope.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

• Proven experience with Bicep and Terraform for Azure infrastructure.

• Proficiency in using PSRule (PowerShell) and TFLint (Golang) for static testing.

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of Azure resource modules and best practices for reliability and security.

• Ability to interpret and implement technical recommendations into actionable test cases.

• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

• Good English communication skills.

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Azure infrastructure is a plus.
