**A. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:**
- Analyze customer briefs, clarify the goals and issues of clients to develop comprehensive communication strategies.
- Supervise and lead the planning team to research, analyze, and gain in-depth information about market/category/brand/consumer insights to create effective communication strategies.
- Understand and propose appropriate communication channels when developing IMC plans that answer customers' objectives.
- Collaborate and work closely with internal teams (Account, Creative, Communications) to provide clear direction and inspire project teams for better proposal outcomes.
- Develop long-term and short-term content strategies, including direction, angles, and detailed posts, on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Execute content strategies that align with overall marketing goals with internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
- Support Manager to train interns/guide new members.
- Participate in a presentation session on a project basis. Present a clear, coherent, and attractive plan in both client and internal meetings.
- Review all KPI documents before client review. Provide overall performance summary reporting and insights to clients, using the information to inform future communication strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategies.
**B. REQUIREMENTS:**
- At least 2-3 years of experience in working as a Planner.
- Proven experience in a communication management role within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media analytics tools.
- Pay attention to details, logical and critical thinking, consumer-driven, and eager to learn/adapt new knowledge/market trends. Good time management and task management skills to ensure workload and quality are delivered on time.
- Strong logical-analytical, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- English requirements: working proficiency.
- Positive attitude, high responsibility, and persistence to work as an individual or as part of a team in a fast-paced working environment.
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with influencer marketing and digital advertising.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
