Social Outreach

1. Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Outreach

- Generate social outreach plan for clients’ campaigns, focus on scouting and selecting hot pages and communities lists.

- Propose compelling ideas for social outreach activities under campaign’s concepts and objectives.

- Prepare brief and guideline for booking.

KOL Booking

- Allocate and manage budget for social outreach scope.

- Monitor the booking process from quotation, contract to liquidation.

- Strategize with Social Communitcation team on trends, best practices, and ways to constantly improve social outreach quality.

KOL Management

- Represent agency to directly work with KOL/KOC/Hot Pages & Communities to brief direction, develop detail content and deliver outputs on social platforms.

- Keep track performance and react with solutions to optimize the effectiveness of social outreach activities.

2. Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in booking and managing KOL and KOC actitities across social media platforms for agency or inhouse.

- Strong network with hot pages, communities, celebrities, KOLs and KOCs is a plus.

- Good understanding about social outreach landscape and booking price updates.

- Excellent skills in negotiation and problem solving.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to manage own projects and work independently.

- Positive attitude and strong cross functional collaboration skills.
