**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:**
- Influencer Sourcing: Identify and select suitable KOLs based on brand briefs and campaign objectives.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the account management team to understand client needs and align influencer selections accordingly.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact for KOLs, managing all communications related to campaign execution, including briefings, content approvals, and feedback.
- Content Review & Approval: Ensure that all influencer content aligns with the brand’s guidelines and meets the campaign's objectives before it goes live.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to influencer content, contracts, or deliverables in a timely manner.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing to provide valuable insights to the team.
**B. REQUIREMENTS:**
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1. Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in using influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
