1. Improving social media experience, create engaged audiences and facilitate organic growth and respond to audiences querie in a timely and accurate way via chat or comments
2. Write product-related copy for the social media, including product titles, detailed descriptions, and enhanced product information.
3. Provide competitive insights and conduct social media listening on daily, weekly and monthly basis
4. Identify social content opportunities that drive customer, seller value, brandings and communication
5. Manage and implement all organic social engagement campaigns across social media channels
6. Manage & schedule all official social media channel, coordinating across internal teams
1. Highly proficient in spoken and written English is a must
2. Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience developing social media content for a company/brand or working experience at digital or beauty company
3. A background in social media or digital media
4. Highly skilled in online / social media communication
5. Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to work with people at all levels within/outside the corporation. Experience working within a social media environment
8. Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics
