The Job
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Community to help grow and engage our online audience in the Latin American market. You will focus on community engagement, interaction, and trend monitoring across social platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, including content publishing and maintaining consistent account activity.
- Plan and create engaging content tailored to Latin American audiences, including short-form videos and visual posts.
- Interact with users through comments and direct messages, respond promptly to inquiries, and help maintain a positive community environment and brand image.
- Collect and organize user feedback to support improvements in content direction and social media strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics (such as views and engagement), conduct regular analysis, and continuously optimize content performance.
- Provide basic Customer Support, including responding to user inquiries, handling common issues and complaints, following up on user feedback, and coordinating with relevant teams when necessary to improve the overall user experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with international users.
- Experience in customer support, community management, social media operations, or user operations is preferred.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok and comfortable engaging with online communities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle user complaints or sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in astrology, tarot, or spiritual services is a plus.

- Working hour: From Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
