Job description for Social Media Manager at Pt. Komuniti Bangsa Indonesia
- Plan short-term and long-term content strategies across multiple social media platforms
- Translate plans into actionable objectives and key metrics (e.g. ROI) to reach goals
- Monitor key metrics of social media marketing efforts to then create reports and analyze metrics to adjust initiatives to reach goals
- Collaborate with design team and digital marketing team to shape brand identity for the company
- Advise and provide feedback to cross-functional teams regarding trending and/or hot topics in social media
- Coordinate with social media admins regarding content scheduling, copywriting, and interaction
- Manage all content strategy for all social media platforms
- Our social media: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Possess high creativity to come out with clever and entertaining content
- Possess ability to gather important metrics to present as a report
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear suggestions to cross-functional teams
- Ability to create brand guidelines or identity with designers
- Possess good copywriting skills
- Possess good knowledge to do keyword research and trending topics
- Familiarity with one or more social media marketing tools
- A team player, like to share knowledge and experience with others
