Social Media Manager (Work From Home)
Part Time, Remote, 20hrs/week
Manila, Philippines
The ProSpark Social Media Manager will manage the overall digital marketing strategy of the Company. He/She must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
The Social Media Manager will work with the internal Commercial team, supporting teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget
- Develop a digital marketing strategy based on the Company’s goals and objectives
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, social media, SEO/SEM, and email
- Maintain our social media presence across various digital channels and engage with audience to inform, engage and motivate
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to evaluate ROI
- Liaise with external digital marketing partners
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and continuously test and recommend new tools and techniques to further improve digital marketing performance
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role must have:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing
- Must have a portfolio of successful marketing campaigns
- Working knowledge of CRM tools
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Knowledge in image editing tools such as Photoshop or Canva
- Superb spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
- Exceptional communication, organizational and follow-through skills, extreme attention to detail and deadlines.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and determination to achieve goals.
Other information:
- Part Time, Remote Opportunity, 20hrs/week
- Rate: Php17,500/month
- Work hours must be ideally within 9am to 6pm, Mon-Fri, to have touchpoints with the Commercial team on a regular basis
- Monthly payout via local PH bank
