- Manage Riliv social media channels and activities
- Develop social media strategies for the brand/product/services that effectively supports business and marketing objectives
- Review, analyse, and manage product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and plan social media content for all social media platforms
- Evaluate social media performance and implement continuous improvement to social media activity
- Follow the latest trend in content, social media, and product related landscape to identify content and engagement opportunities.
- Work closely with all social media and marketing team
- Bachelor degree in Marketing Communication and any related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in social media management
- Must have a strong understanding of best practices across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin etc
- Experience in managing team and operating multiple social media platforms
- Have a strong sense of the visual elements and how to present the most impactful experiences to the audience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of and eager to learn quickly, diving into new industries, trends, and concepts with ease.
- Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments.
- Preferably someone with high interest in mental health issues and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
