-Supervise content creation process including copywriting, visual direction, video concepts, reels, and live content.
-Lead and manage Social Media Specialists, Content Creators, Designers, and related teams to ensure high-quality execution.
-Analyze social media performance, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
-Monitor beauty, skincare, and digital trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
-Collaborate with KOL, Affiliate, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams for integrated campaign execution.
-Manage influencer and brand collaboration strategies to maximize exposure and engagement.
-Handle community management strategy and maintain positive brand reputation across digital platforms.
-Oversee paid social media campaigns and coordinate with digital advertising teams when needed.
-Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management with strategic recommendations.
