Job description for Social Media Intern at Ravant Studios
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Have experience in social media management, with a portfolio of accounts or campaigns managed.
- Experience running paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including platform trends and best practices.
- Strong English and Indonesian copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt content to different audiences.
- Ability to analyze content and ad performance and recommend improvements.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic design and video editing skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts, including scheduling, publishing, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
2. Develop content plans and calendars aligned with marketing goals, audience interests, and relevant trends.
3. Write captions and content briefs, and coordinate with designers, video editors, and talents to deliver content on time.
4. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including audience targeting, budget management, and testing ad creatives.
5. Monitor comments and direct messages, respond to audience inquiries, and support community engagement.
6. Track organic content and paid ad performance, prepare regular reports, and use insights to improve results.
7. Research social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify new content and campaign opportunities.
