Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Posting
• Brainstorm and create engaging content (posts, captions, and short-form video concepts) covering loan products, approval processes, Loan Advisor spotlights, client testimonials, and company branding.
• Plan and execute regular posting schedules across company social channels and personal profiles managed by Loan Officers / Loan Advisors.
• Act as a Social Media Assistant for LOs/LAs, helping them build professional personal brands and creating tailored marketing collateral.
Social Messaging & Lead Conversion
• Promptly respond to messages (Inbox) and comments across social platforms with a professional and consultative tone.
• Engage prospects in initial consultations to understand their borrowing needs, address basic inquiries, and qualify/convert chat leads into actionable prospects.
Ads Support & Market Research
• Conduct market research on competitors and borrower to extract actionable insights for video concepts, ad copy, and campaign angles.
• Build social channels and assist in running ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive inbound messaging leads
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related fields.
• At least 6 months of experience in Content/Social Marketing and Customer Service (Prior experience in Mortgage, Banking, Real Estate, or Insurance is highly preferred)
Skills & Competencies
• Effective Chat & Messaging Skills: Quick response rate, strong interpersonal skills, and a consultative mindset to qualify and convert chat leads into booked consultations.
• Basic understanding or quick learning ability regarding mortgage/loan processes (interest rates, qualification criteria, underwriting).
• Self-motivated, highly accountable, and excellent time management skills (Must be 100% focused on this single role).
Preferred skills:
• Basic Video Editing Skills: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
