Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Beauty is a must with 1-2 years of experience in content creation or other related fields.
- Good communication and public speaking skills.
- Solid portfolio of creating content across different platforms.
- Able to meet key deadlines and have self-discipline to maintain daily content.
- Highly organized, passionate for retail and brands.
- Have extensive knowledge of social media best practices and online editorial.
- Understanding of social media metrics.
- Eager to learn with a sense on ongoing trends.
- Able to take direction, and work in team.
- Writing skill is a plus.
- Willing to learn / can wear contact lens.

- Willing to work in Jakarta Utara, Pantai Indah Kapuk Area.
Job Descriptions:
- Create and post compelling content and copy across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter.
- Help develop and execute strategies across social media channels including but not limited to contests, brand partnerships, interactive content, and content series.
- Monitor trends in social media, beauty, lifestyle/pop culture, and appropriately apply that knowledge to create viral content.
- Implement content plan into solid content production plan and deliver output according to brand’s tone of voice.
- Perform as talent for purpose on social media (e.g Instagram, Tiktok and Live session)
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Create monthly report.

Eyesight known as the marketplace for korean contact lenses. Eyesight is a gather contact lens and beauty webstore. Eyesight also sell supporting products for contactlenses; such as solution water, travel kit, etc. Eyesight main sales are through website named www.eyesight.co.id
Establish from 2018. We started as a dropshipment, then tried to provide their own stock to be sold and marketed through the marketplace under the name Eyesight. Now Eyesight have their own brand with name Bloominc which has been registered with the Ministry of Health for a contact lens distribution permit
Starting with a dropshipment system, then growing 2 employees who are responsible for packing goods and processing goods.
