Social Creative

1. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop Social Creative Strategies: create innovative concepts, creative ideas and execution plans for campaigns (IMC, digital, social, influencer), ensuring they reflect the brand message and connect with the target audience.

- Idea Generation: Actively contribute and lead every brainstorming session.

- Proposal Writing: develop social creative proposal.

- Presentation: Present ideas to internal team & client.

- Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

- Internal Team Coordination: Coordinate with other social team members to achieve high-quality output and maintain a seamless workflow.

- Leadership: Work and supervise for junior/trainee/intern levels.

2. Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in social creative and communications for agency or inhouse.

- Significant experience in professional, commercial projects related to many industries.

- A persuasive and confident approach to creativity.

- Strong portfolio of successful creative campaigns for brands.

- Deep understanding about social media lanscape.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Good at teamwork and project management.

- A keen attention to detail and timescales.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
