- JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for draft, review, and managing the archiving of documents, contracts, and paperwork related to Social Community campaigns/projects. .
- Track project progress and coordinate with the Finance/Account team to monitor accounts payable and receivable and overall billing status.
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Social Community team.
- Perform other administrative duties and paperwork as assigned by the Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experiences:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as an Administrator, Social Admin, Account Admin, or similar roles. Experience working in an Agency environment is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of commercial/economic law, particularly in reviewing terms of contracts and agreements.
Skills and Abilities
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and document formatting.
- Adaptability: Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
