About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation expert to design and deliver an internal training program,
helping our team apply AI to daily workflows — increasing productivity and optimizing operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess current AI capability and automation needs across departments
• Design training programs tailored to different audiences (non-tech, marketing, ops, dev...)
• Deliver hands-on training in n8n — from basic workflows to AI API integrations (OpenAI, Claude,
Gemini) and popular business tools
• Build documentation, SOPs, and workflow templates that the team can operate independently after
training
• Advise on an AI adoption roadmap suited to our industry and company context
• Evaluate post-training outcomes and recommend improvements
Requirements
Must-have
• Able to communicate in English
• Proven hands-on experience deploying AI automation (not just theory)
• Proficient in n8n: building workflows from basic to advanced (branching, error handling, sub-workflows, Code node)
• Able to teach non-technical audiences effectively
• Familiar with prompt engineering and working with LLM APIs
Nice-to-have
• Previous corporate or team training experience
• Portfolio of real-world workflow case studies (demo-ready)
• Understanding of business operations (sales, marketing, HR, ops)
• Ability to advise on AI adoption strategy, not just tool usage
