Responsibilities:
Education training & knowledge:
- Train, plan, develop educational content for VN TikTok Shop sellers through self-generated educational presentations and content on various platforms (i.e. TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Company Website, others).
- Expand outreach channels to communicate with Tiktok Shop seller and control quality of educational content such as articles
- Actively research market trends including products, contents, community best practice & collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to get sufficient inputs to strategically create promotional and educational materials or projects for seller growth
- Design and initiate seller education programs based on current situations to elevate quality with sellers and help them increase their TTS business
- Develop deep knowledge of the platform’s tools, features, policies, and seller workflows.
- Translate new features and product updates into seller-friendly education materials.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, and Strategy teams to stay updated on feature launches
- Manage material bank: timely update, build SOP & control the quality
Education Program Development: Design and develop seller education programs, including:
- Training modules
- Webinars and workshops
- Playbooks and guides
- Best practice frameworks
Data-driven & growth
- Analyze seller performance data, behavior trends, and operational challenges.
- Identify key knowledge gaps and capability gaps among sellers.
- Convert insights into targeted education topics and programs that improve seller outcomes.
- Drive and track performance of TikTok Shop seller education and engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in brand and/or account management
- Ability to collect, track, and summarize data
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful — able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Language: English – Proficient in both writing & speaking
