- Professional Qualities:
- At least 8 years of experience as a Site Manager/Construction Manager on residential or commercial properties.
- Knowledge of monolithic, masonry, and finishing construction technologies.
- Understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) processes and interaction with engineering teams.
- Experience managing construction projects to completion.
- Ability to work with design and estimate documentation.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations (Indonesian and international).
- Proficiency in construction schedules (MS Project, Primavera, or Excel).
- Ability to maintain records (daily/weekly reports).

- Job Responsibilities
1. Organization and Control of Construction Work:
- Planning daily and weekly tasks on site.
- Monitoring deadlines and construction schedule.
- Ensuring compliance with the approved design.
2. Personnel and Contractor Management:
- Managing work teams and contractors.
- Monitoring discipline and work efficiency.
- Coordination of interactions between subcontractors (construction workers, engineers, MEP).
3. Quality and Safety Control:
- Quality check of work performed.
- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations on site.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Preparing construction progress reports.
- Coordinating design changes with management.
- Monitoring material consumption.
5. Communication and Coordination:
- Communication with the client and engineers on all construction matters.
- Resolving operational issues on site.
- Participation in regular meetings.
