Overview:
The SEO Specialist will be the one who owned the SEO and App Search Optimisation Channel - aiming to win in the organic channel where we are competing with the other players on several keywords to win bigger traffic to our product and increase product awareness.
Responsibilities
As part of the Organic - SEO team, the candidate will be :
- Responsible for defining the overall SEO & ASO strategy, from doing keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization for Pluang Domain, keyword performance & ranking, building hypothesis and solution to improve the overall performance
- Regularly monitor the performance of SEO & ASO and create report performance growth of those activities
- Ensuring Pluang is up date with the latest SEO & ASO trend to ensure we are on top of the Google’s algorithm
- Working closely with the internal team across the company - proposing product and technical improvement for pushing SEO and ASO along with coordination with the Marketing team
- Managing projects with the internal / freelance content writer team to generate content for SEO purposes
Knowledge/Skills/Attitude + Qualification
- Past experience of SEO & ASO - proven experience of growing SEO from the scratch
- Hands-on experience in SEO & ASO, in-depth experience with website analytics tool (e.g, Google Analytics, GSC, ahrefs, AppAnnie, etc)
- Knowledge in SEO, ranking factors, and search engine algorithm
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills. Strong drive to make things happen and influence others.
- Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting in a dynamic environment
- Interest in the investment or financial sector is a plus
