Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end testing strategies: manual and automated
- Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA processes
- Perform and guide regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing
- Collaborate with product, dev, and DevOps teams to ensure QA coverage and test environments
- Set up or maintain automated test suites (UI, API, load)
- Mentor junior testers and review their work
- Proactively identify and reduce QA bottlenecks in the release cycle
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in software QA (manual + automation)
- Proficient in tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Postman
- Strong skills in bug tracking, test planning, and QA documentation
- Solid experience in API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD integration
- Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or similar
- Experience with Clickup
Nice to Have
- Experience in Web3/dApp testing
- Familiarity with testing blockchain infrastructure and smart contracts
- Background in mentoring QA teams or leading small QA squads
