DESCRIPTIONS:
• Team work to develop good understanding of client companies and post jobs on job boards and social media.
• Works with client Hiring Managers and business unit leaders to define and document hiring forecasts.
• Upon approval of a new requisition, work with hiring manager to obtain role briefing and to agree sourcing strategies and timelines.
• Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and to always ensure best practices.
• Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads.

• In charge full cycle of recruitment process.
• Primarily responsible for approximately 80% of recruitment positions for a key client, covering functions such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and other business areas. The remaining 20% involves supporting job orders from the recruitment team, depending on individual capability and workload.
• Weekly report with team leader to track KPI and ensure target achieved.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree.
• Ideally 2-4 years recruitment experience, especially from recruitment agency is preferred.
• Result-oriented, highly motivated, a team player with good customer service mindset.
• Basic English communication.
