Job description for Senior Secretary at PT. Bara Sentosa Mandiri (Jakarta)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in English Literature / Communication / Management or Diploma's degree in Secretary ( preferably from reputable universities ) Minimum GPA 3.00.
- Experience of minimum 5 years as Secretary.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred.
- Having a good command of English ( both oral and written ).
- Well orginized and concern for detail.
- Proactive, mature, detail, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities :
- Handling correspondence, maintaining schedule, arranging appointments and BOD meeting.
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements flights, hotels, itineraries and currency.
- General administration and management of confidential documents.
- Reconciling monthly expenses.
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone, email or test messages on cell phone.
