We’re looking for a Senior Sales Trainer to join our Glints Vietnam team, to enhance the capability of our leaders and future leaders by improving performance with the Training Campaign, Material & Workshop initiative with the purpose of developing and sustaining intelligence solutions to our Clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be in charge of designing project-based training materials.
Initiate to propose and design training campaign to deliver KPI
Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery including active ratio, participation rate
Work closely with key stakeholders to deploy the training campaign

Who We Are Looking For
3-5 years of experience in Sales Management, Sales training
Experience in recruitment industry is strongly preferred
Self-starter with strong People Skills
Strong Research and Planning
Strong Training, Presentation Skills
Logical thinker
Excellent English communication
