Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
• Identify, target, and engage potential clients, with a primary focus on the Asia market
• Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions
• Lead negotiations and close new business deals
2. Account Growth & Expansion
• Partner with the Marketing team to nurture and convert high-potential leads
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximize account value
3. Sales Performance Improvement
• Analyze lost deals to identify root causes and key improvement areas
• Recommend and implement enhancements across:
o Sales pitch and messaging
o Proposal quality and structure
o Client engagement approach
• Test and iterate new sales strategies with a data-driven, experimental mindset
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with:
o Planning team: proposal development and strategic direction
o Marketing team: lead generation and campaign alignment
o Delivery team: ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Revenue achievement against targets
• Number of new clients acquired
• Revenue growth from upsell and cross-sell activitie
