- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- In charge of contract/documents/orientation/welcome new employee until finish probation
- Together with HR team: Handle employer branding initiatives
- Together with HR team: Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Support other tasks of HR Team
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
- Redesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Take ownership of candidate experience by redesigning and managing Tech and Non Tech job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Other duties are assigned HR Manager.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Head Hunter, Recruiter, Talent Hunter or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Familiar with Searching Tools, Database Candidate control,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to work well under pressure and to manage time pressure, and support C&B Tasks
- High persuasion ability
