Senior Python ( Django)

Job title: Senior Python (Django)

Location: Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội

Duration: 3 months (extendable to 1 year based on performance)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python & Django

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework

• Design database schemas and write efficient queries with PostgreSQL/MySQL

• Implement caching and performance optimization using Redis

• Manage background/async tasks with Celery and message brokers

• Work directly with the Dubai client to clarify requirements and provide technical updates

• Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation

• Collaborate with DevOps on Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must Have

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience with Python & Django in production

• Strong knowledge of Django ORM, Middleware, Signals, Django REST Framework

• Proficient with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, Celery, Docker

• Basic English communication — listening & speaking for client interaction

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; familiar with Git, Jira, ConfluenceTechnical &

System Skills

2. Nice to Have

• SaaS product experience

• Large-scale / high-load system design

• Microservices, Kafka, or RabbitMQ exposure
