Your role
You will be liaising between our marketing production teams and the clients, handling day-to-day projects’ operations to deliver quality outputs in a timely manner. What you get to work on and manage will develop naturally as you progress further in your career at The Color Club.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring projects’ performance on daily basis
- Preparing and updating project documents/materials, timeframe, minutes of meetings, status reports, etc.
- Conduct a post-project review and responding to notifications to ensure all jobs are on track and well-noticed by all related stakeholders
- Monitor all projects and maintain professional relationships with all clients by holding weekly meetings
- Responsible for tracking and issuing project invoices on time
- Analyze clients’ profile in coordination with Production manager/Team leaders according to specifications and prepare requested reports to serve for evaluation purposes.
- Ensure risks and issues are being tracked and notified across team’s members and direct leader.

- Able to adapt to change and respond positively when faced with new challenges
- Be flexible and very hands on with a positive can-do attitude
- Be proactive and timely to support the team to ensure quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks
- Note: English communication is a must
Team Structure
The Senior Project Executive will work under the supervision of the Head of PM and manage a team of 2-3 members.
Working schedule
You will be working in shifts to engage with our clients around the world who operate in different time zones from ours. Shifts will be rotated weekly, and arranged by team leader:
- Morning shift: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM
- Evening shift: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
