I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other digital platforms.
- Manage day-to-day budget allocation, bidding, and targeting strategies to achieve ROAS, CIR, and sales targets.
- Own content and creative performance optimization by testing PDP content, ad creative, thumbnails, copy, and video hooks.
- Build and maintain working relationships with platform ad teams to access dedicated support, beta tools, and co-funded programs.
- Coordinate campaign timing and budget alignment with Marketplace, TikTok, and Live Commerce teams.
- Track and report media performance metrics—including ROAS, CIR, and sales—to the Media Manager on a regular cadence.
- Monitor platform ad product updates and flag emerging tools or formats worth testing.
- Partner with the Tech team to pilot and refine AI-assisted ad automation tools over time.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing orr related field
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid/performance media across TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, or Lazada Sponsored Solutions.
- Skill & Knowledge:
- Demonstrate proven experience managing paid media budgets against strict ROAS, CIR, and sales targets.
- Show comfort working with data and dashboards to guide day-to-day campaign decisions.
- Possess fluent Vietnamese language skills along with working proficiency in English for reporting and cross-functional work.
- Experience executing both performance and upper-funnel digital media campaigns.
- Industry background in beauty, beauty-tech, consumer electronics, or wellness categories.
- Strong analytical capabilities to translate campaign data directly into actionable steps.
- Sharp creative sense to evaluate ad performance beyond basic briefs.
- Ability to manage multiple live campaigns across platforms simultaneously with high detail.
- Comfort adopting new tools and technology, including emerging AI-assisted ad tools.

IV. LOCATION & WORKING HOUR:
- Location: An Khanh Ward, HCMC (Sala Town)
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
