We Are Looking For Senior Operations Manager (ASAP)
Placement : Yogyakarta (WFO)
Job Description:
- Collaborate with each Operations Manager on every project
- Collaborate with back office teams(including HR, finance, IT)
- Act as the main liaison with clients, responding to their needs and complaints in a timely manner
- Build, lead, and motivate the team
- Develop training systems and talent development programs to improve the team’s professional competencies
- Establish performance evaluation indicators and implement reward and disciplinary systems
- Report project progress regularly and maintain customer satisfaction
- Identify potential business risks and develop contingency plans (such as data security, service disruptions, etc.)
Requirements:
- Understand labor regulations and the market environment in Indonesia
- Have relevant work experience in BPO
- Have experience in e-commerce industry
- Possess strong communication skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1)
- Honest, resilient, diligent, and able to work under pressure
