- Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Media Executive to join our planning team. This is a foundational role where you will provide essential support for the full media planning and buying cycle. You will be responsible for the accurate execution of campaign tasks and will develop a strong understanding of media fundamentals, tools, and processes.
- Key Responsibilities
- Campaign planning & execution: take responsibility for the campaign setup, implementation, and management of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, delivered efficiently, and optimized against agreed KPIs
- Campaign Performance & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and proactively identify optimization opportunities to improve delivery, engagement, traffic, and conversion outcomes. Provide actionable recommendations based on data and platform best practices.
- Tracking & Measurement: Generate tracking links and implement tracking tags/pixels to ensure accurate campaign measurement, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Data Management & Reporting: Consolidate and analyze campaign performance data from various platforms and translate findings into insights and recommendations. Prepare regular reports, post-campaign analyses, and performance reviews for internal teams and clients.
- Financial & Operational Management: Support campaign budget management, billing reconciliation, and financial tracking to ensure media spending is accurately managed and reported.
- Market Research: Support the team by gathering competitive data, media landscape information, and other research required for the development of media plans.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with functional Teams to ensure all operational aspects of media campaigns are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related disciplines.-
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Media, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Advertising, preferably within an agency environment
- Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
- Proven experience in campaign optimization and performance management.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing or social media platforms.
