The day-to-day media buying
Deliver excellent pricing through negotiation and relationships with media owners
Develop understanding of client business and role of online in delivering objectives
Deliver added value opportunities across clients wherever possible
Book all campaigns according to the brief (with confirmed media) and ensure financials are correct.
Monitor campaign delivery and reconcile any under deliveries.
Manage time and workload of yourself and team in order to complete tasks on time.
Assist with auditing process across specific client base and develop strong relationships with Auditors.
Follow through the closed job for invoicing process (incl. proof of ad, supplier invoice, etc)
Research media needs/opportunities for clients’ campaigns, execute negotiate rates, and work with campaign managers to create a media planning strategy.
Constantly monitor performance and delivery of ad server and vendor reporting. Evaluate weekly trends and recommend optimization tactics to planners.
Negotiate and maximize clients' budget and effectively deliver on both clients' & agency’s needs and business targets.
Monitor and report on clients’ expenditure update by campaign by media.
Keep track of clients’ media master contract fulfilments.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in media trafficking or buying. Familiar with and have worked with the major publishers.
Experience in creating and executing online buying strategies to drive customer acquisition, either in an agency, or in-house marketing capacity, and experience setting up and executing campaigns through 3rd or 1st party ad serving tools.
Understand the online landscape – from SEM to Display to Email to Mobile.
Work with multiple types of ad tech. Know what a cookie is, and understand online alphabet: BT, RT, SRT, CPA, CPM, CPC. Experience with mobile, video, analytics and search is a plus.
Experienced in Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, advertising
Familiar with programmatic advertising
Knows how to audience target and create buyer personas
Able to Media Plan for different media depending on the different stages of engagement and target audience
Have managed e-shops and large SKU inventory for ecommerce marketing prior
Experience in using tools like Optimyzer, Supermetrics, Data Studio, Google Analytics
Able to multi-task and manage multiple campaigns
Need to know how to manage junior staff, including remote staff
Solid written and verbal communication skill with ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to non-technical audience.
As the job position requires communication with mandarin speaking clients, candidates should have a good command of the Chinese language.
