Job description for Senior HR Generalist at PT. Food Retail Indonesia
- Driving and executing People programs and initiatives according to business objectives.
- Make & update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and company regulations.
- Provide advice to the company in accordance with legal and labor requirements, including new regulations from the government.
- Manage recruitment and employee attendance.
- Identify needs and facilitate training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR functions as necessary.
- Oversee employee attendance and working schedules including breaks, overtime and paid time off.
- Supervise internal HR workflows and all work related to databases.
- Minimum bachelor degree from Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- 3-5 years experience in HR Department, preferably from F&B or retail companies.
- Experience in HR policies and processes.
- Familiar in using psychological tests for recruitment process.
- Has knowledge and understanding for employment and labor law.
- Strong in Industrial Relations, Talent Development, and C&B.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
