MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Payroll: implement the monthly payroll for ~ 400 teachers, both Vnese & expat.
- Fully managing HR teacher employees database, working agreement, compulsory insurance, employee‘s benefits, PIT, leave & termination management.
- Taking part in building/ optimize/ develop the company policy & process, HR/C&B process, templates to provide useful guidance & services to employees.
- Taking part in building and testing HRMS and ensuring the operation, data accuracy of the system.
- Delivering the timely reports to BOM: teaching cost, turnover.
- Preparing other reports and statistics upon request.
- Taking part in cycle projects: teacher salary review, teacher eNPS.
- Write & design related announcement to support improve the quality of internal communication.
- Performing ad-hoc tasks when necessary.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor degree is a must, minimum of 2-3 years of experience in C&B function;
- Understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam
- Proficiency in MS Office. Good at English communication, customer focus, and agility;
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skill (verbal & written);
- Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-task;
- Being careful, detail-oriented, highly organized, and keen on working with figures.
